Busy Busy

Ok I am back at it. Life has been extremely busy. We have been to Napa Valley, then San Diego for Mike, and back home. We are in the process of buying our first home and I have somehow lost my W2 this year and have a tax appointment on Monday. Anyway here are some pics to enjoy.

Mustangs

Over the years We have owned 5 stangs. Here is a little taste of the fun we still enjoy. I had to show them off, since you all don't get the opportunity to ride in them.

Randomness

Just some randoms of us over the past two years. I am trying to find the best way to upload in some kind of order. Enjoy for now and eventually I will start to make some sense of the 1000's of pictures to choose from.

Well it has been too long and we wish we were back in Jamaica as it snows here!

Braces for the Boys

Well it was time for us to invest in some braces. The boys were excited to get them until the next day. Their teeth are moving quickly. Here is the good stuff.

Cole's First ArenaX

This is Cole's first ArenaX that he was so excited for. He had been wanting to do this for a while and we were worried about everything. Being the sensible parents(hmm this is familiar being on the opposite end as a kid)after many lengthy discussions we determined that this is what he wanted and needed our support. We realized we needed to relax a little and allow him to start making some decisions of his own supporting his interests and doing it the safest way we could. We are now glad we did. It not only makes us proud to see him out there doing what he likes, but also gives us another reason to get out as a family and become closer. The first race date ended up being a one night before decision without any guidance on expectations, rules, or knowledge of this outfit. We called friends that were already allowing their kids to race and asked as many questions as possible, all the while preparing his bike and making sure all his gear was safe and in good repair. We showed late( because that is what this Wasemiller family does) and he didn't make his practice laps. So blindly he raced a track, in front of a crowd, and did one hell of a good job for his first time. Send him your support by commenting your thoughts.

Justin Dominates

Well a few month's back Justin decided to start his Wrestling Career. This was the only match he did. The kid he wrestled got first in this meet. Here is the scoop....Justin is an extremely strong kid. He had gone to a couple practices and decided to compete in the local meet. As you can see from the video he took control and almost choked the kid out. That is where there was a problem. He had been coached to stop on the mat tap and not a whistle. He was told to never stop wrestling until someone hit the mat. So being the focused stubborn headed animal he is, he was reprimanded by the ref when he almost made the other kid pass out. I really wish this situation would have been handled differently. Now we will wait for another two to three years to build up his confidence to go win. Well, there is always Martial Arts to let him take out some aggression.

Cole's Race

I have a lot to catch up so I will start recent until we get caught up. Cole raced last weekend. This was his second actual race in Arena cross and continues to practice to be the best in his class. He has shown to have much better skills off the track and this doesn't do him justice. Nonetheless, he knows he has to put in some sweat equity on the track and not just the trails and flats. The first race he finished fourth of 8 and this event he placed 5th. Time to put some pressure on the competition on his way to First. Enjoy the pictures and video.

Hello Bloggers

We have finally decided to make a commitment to keep our friends and family more informed, more often of our lives. We have gotten so caught up in our busy schedules that we have been depriving you of seeing our pictures and hearing what we are up to. For this we sincerely apologize and are going to give our best effort to stay on top of this. If by chance we fall down or slack on updating, help us by calling and reminding of us the commitment we have made here. We miss and love you all and look forward to the next face to face visit.
